Trey Rogers
Chief Financial Officer
Trey Rogers is the Chief Financial Officer at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, he oversees all aspects of the financial operations of the firm, including fund and management company accounting, tax, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations, to support strategic decision making and operational efficiency and excellence. Mr. Rogers previously served as MGG’s Managing Director and Senior Controller.
Prior to joining MGG, Mr. Rogers was engaged to serve as Chief Financial Officer for a group of private credit funds in SEC receivership. In this capacity, he advised on all matters of accounting, tax, operations, compliance, and investor relations. Mr. Rogers started his career as an auditor of financial services companies. In this capacity, he led and managed audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of financial services clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mr. Rogers is a CPA licensed in New York and holds a BS in Accounting from Nicholls State University.
