Michael Ryden

Mr. Ryden is a Director at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Ryden is responsible for evaluating and underwriting investments at the firm.
Prior to joining MGG, Mr. Ryden was a Managing Director at CIBC BANK USA, where he led the execution of middle market transactions ranging from $5 million to +$1.0 billion of debt financing from deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution. At CIBC, he worked with private equity firms and privately held businesses executing senior opportunities including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, recapitalizations, and corporate M&A.
Mr. Ryden received his BS in Finance from Indiana University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
