Mr. Kramer-Eisenbud is a Managing Director and Deputy Co-Chief Operating Officer at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, he helps oversee all aspects of the firm’s Operations and Middle Office, including new business launches, tax efficiencies and entity structuring.
Prior to joining MGG, Mr. Kramer-Eisenbud served as the Chief Operating Officer at Crescent Sky Capital, helping to launch their Consumer Lending and Real Estate strategies. While at Crescent Sky, he managed all day-to-day fund and management company operations and accounting including budgeting, cash controls, performance reporting, NAV review, regulatory filings, and financial reporting. Mr. Kramer-Eisenbud spent his first year in finance working in the prime brokerage custody support group at Goldman Sachs & Co. before entering the buy side at Highbridge Capital Management, working in the bank debt operations group. Mr. Kramer-Eisenbud also oversaw operations teams at Octavian Advisors, SkyTop Capital Management and Platinum Credit Management.
Mr. Kramer-Eisenbud received his BBA from Emory University with concentrations in Organization & Management and International Business.
