Elaine Chang
Managing Director
Ms. Chang is a Managing Director at MGG Investment Group LP. In this capacity, Ms. Chang is responsible for accounting and valuation matters including overseeing valuations of the portfolio.
Prior to joining MGG, Ms. Chang was Associate Director in Finance and Accounting at Apollo Investment Corporation, a publicly traded Business Development Company. At Apollo, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting including monthly and quarterly NAV and SEC filings, quarterly investment valuations, annual budgeting, internal controls assessment, and reporting. Ms. Chang started her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor in the Real Estate Group.
Ms. Chang is a CPA Licensed in California and holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
