Marianna Williams
Human Resources Director
Marianna Williams is the Human Resources Director at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, Ms. Williams oversees and executes the firm’s people strategy.
Prior to MGG, Ms. Williams was a Director of Human Resources at Tower Research Capital, a global quantitative trading firm, where she managed the Learning & Development function and served as HR Business Partner for the Engineering organization. Before that, Ms. Williams was the Manager of HR & Recruiting at Simplebet, a sports betting technology startup. She began her career at Bloomberg in technology recruiting.
Ms. Williams received a BA in English from the Pennsylvania State University.
