Howard Duan
Assistant Counsel
Howard Duan is Assistant Counsel at MGG Investment Group. He is responsible for legal and compliance matters relating to MGG’s business, including investment transactions, due diligence and operations. Prior to joining MGG, Howard worked for 3 years as an associate in the Corporate & Finance group at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer.
Howard earned an JD from Harvard Law School and a BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of Toronto.
