Dan Andrews
Managing Director
Mr. Andrews is a Managing Director at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Andrews is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments for both our direct lending and structured solutions strategies.
Prior to MGG, Mr. Andrews served as a Principal at Gemspring Capital, where he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and execution of structured debt and equity investments, as well as post-investment collaboration with portfolio company management teams to help drive value creation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Andrews held investment roles at Moab Partners and Morgan Stanley Credit Partners, where he focused on special situation credit opportunities. Prior to that, Mr. Andrews worked at Miller Buckfire in the Financing & Restructuring group.
Mr. Andrews received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virigina and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
