MGG Invests in Leading U.S. Solar Panel Installer
New York, NY – MGG Investment Group (“MGG”) announced that it has acted as lead arranger and lender in providing a First-Lien Term Loan to a leading U.S. solar panel installer to power its business forward. Additionally, MGG has made a cash equity investment in the business for a total consideration of $101 million. The transaction showcases MGG’s core flagship lending product as well as its flexibility to invest alongside founders equity in its new Special Opportunities Fund.
